This car was still running the original fuel pump, it has been a problem the whole time so a new one will fix that. The main coolant tube will also need replaced, rust has done a lot of damage here.

Test fitting the Series I lights and the holes for the rear lightbar have been filled so that Series I taillights can be used.

I don’t have the keys for the fuel cap and I don’t really need it to lock anyways, so I have taken the latch out and replaced it with a washer.

Running well and back on the road.

The oil pressure relief valve was not moving into a position that would allow it to open. A little pin and JB weld has fixed it.

The problem with the car is the oil pump. The pressure blew out the oil pressure line running to the oil pressure guage.

The oil pressure keeps building up so much that it is blowing the gasket on the oil filter out.

The holes for the old huge turn signals have been welded up and new Series I style signals will be used.

Sponsor graphics from the FIA Cobras give the car a real neat look.

Ordered a new distributor cap and the center electrode was already broken.

The headlights are going to get a Series I styled covered headlight so the original buckets have been removed.

The nose was showing a lot of previous damage.
