The Berkeley is painted, polished, put together and ready to go to the Concours this weekend.



After some more fiddling with the ignition the car was able to drive out of the shop.

With the engine and fuel tank dropped in the engine bay is really filling up again.


The engine bay and engine are cleaned up and ready for assembly.




Everything gets sandblasted so that it can be painted or powder coated, even the engine.



The body work is almost done and paint will be going on soon.


You can really see the smooth body lines of the car starting to come out.


This body is going to need a lot of work.

Before I take apart the Berkeley I thought I would take a few pictures of it next to the AC Cobra.




Headlight covers with new weather stripping are test fitted.
New 165/70R12 tires fitted onto sandblasted and painted wheels.


Here is the smallest project yet a very original Berkeley even wearing the original tires.
