Homemade Shims

The steering rack on TRs can be allowed to move back and forth when turning the steering wheel to fix that on this car a couple shims were put onto the rack mounts to hold it tight in place.

Powdercoating

Above is parts powerder coated and ready to be baked.

The ball joints were just waiting to fall completely apart.

Bottom is parts powdercoated and fasteners zinc plated and ready to be polished.
